Don’t Just Be Upset, Be Creative.

When you have difficult times, think of the most useless activity you can do and do that.
That will free you up from the entanglement of the thoughts that you have had before. and even something like sketching or building a sand castle or writing poetry or anything else that comes to mind that is a creative outlet for that energy will benefit you and will make your life better, calmer and more centered. Don’t just be upset, be creative.
